In order to get that svelte look with no fat around the tummy many people are turning to strenuous abdominal (Ab) workouts. There are several workout instructions in book or video form telling one how to get rid of stomach fat and build muscle. They caution that if not done properly the muscle under the fat will develop and will produce a protruding stomach. There are also workout devices such as belts and machines that claim satisfactory results. So, how do we choose what is best for us? Choose the system that you feel is effective for you and what you feel like you grasp.
